Space
is limited

Sunrise
Birding LLC
programs
and
spaces
will be filled
on
a first
come,
first
served
basis.
Please
review
and
accept
our terms
and
conditions> prior
to registering. Participants
will
need
to
complete,
sign,
and
submit
a waiver
prior
to the
program. Location
and
other
details
will
be
sent
to
confirmed participants.
Fee of $10 per person is payable at the beginning of the walk. Payments
are
not
refundable
unless
the
program
is
cancelled
by
Sunrise
Birding
due
to
inclement
weather
or
other
reason.
Registration
closes
at
4
PM the

the
walk
or
when
the
walk
is
fully
subscribed.
Walks
are about
2 hours
and entirely
outdoors
so
dress
for
the
weather. There
may
be
no bathroom
facilities
at the
sites, so
please be
prepared.
To
ensure
everyone's
health
and
safety, we
ask
that
you
familiarize
yourself
with
and
follow
CDC
guidelines
for
COVID-19. Bring
binoculars, water to drink,
and
any
accoutrements
that
you
need.
Please
do
not
attend
if
you
are
not
feeling
well
or
have
been
recently
exposed
to
the
virus
that
causes
COVID-19.
Please
cover
your
cough
or
sneeze
with
a
tissue
and
dispose
of
it
properly. Water
to
wash
hands
may
not
be
available,
so
please
bring
hand
sanitizer
or
hand
wipes.
All attendees
will be required
to submit a signed
copy of the Terms & Conditions.
Payment
occurs just before
the event begins
and some programs
require payment
in advance. Cash
or check accepted.
Walks
take
place entirely
outdoors. Be
prepared for changing
weather
conditions. Sanitary
facilities may
not be readily
available so
be prepared.
Trails
may be over uneven
ground and bathroom
facilities may
not be available.
Plan to be out
in the field
for 2 hours
for local birds
walks. Timing
for other special
programs
is indicated
in the description.
Though
not particularly
strenuous, these
programs are
intended for
persons in reasonably
good health and
physical condition.
Participants
must be capable
of walking over
uneven terrain.
Footwear
should
be sturdy. Terrain
may be muddy
and wet. Footwear
should be appropriate
for such conditions.
Be
sure to bring
any personal
necessities such
as sunscreen,
insect repellent,
and drinking
water.
Bring
binoculars!
Participants
must supply their
own.
Spotting
scopes can be
very useful for
studying birds
at a distance.
Note
that for safety
reasons, equipment
will not be shared.
